Ms. Paine has over 35 years of experience in corporate, securities, and regulatory matters, including 18 years serving as Corporate Secretary for public companies listed in Canada and the United States. In addition to Gunnison Copper, she currently serves as Corporate Secretary for several Canadian-listed companies.
